Kathrine Langley, CRNP

This was my first appointment since moving to Alabama and getting on Medicare. Katherine was excellent. She explained the process of Medicare and Andalusia physician Practice. She listened to my concerns and included me in the decision making.

She really shows she cares for her pacients and is very professional

Mrs Langley listens attentively. She is patient, thorough and compassionate. She accommodated both my mother and I at an appt as we were in the midst of a difficult family situation. I appreciate the level of care she provides.

When I have had concerns, Kathrine has always been willing to communicate. I realize her time available is limited because of how many people she serves. However someone is always willing to communicate. I have never had care from a nurse practitioner before. Since I am new to the area most doctors dont have openings. I feel Kathrine does a great job, providing care for my wife and I.

They all listened to my concerns about my health and gave me encouraging feedback on how to live a healthier life. The staff here really seem like they genuinely care and that's all one can ask for (outside a clean bill of health)when they come through the doors.
