Very professional service

I was 600 miles from home and feeling terrible from what was diagnosed as acute bronchitis. Within just a few minutes I was diagnosed and prescribed a treatment regimen. Was treated like an old friend and really appreciate the personal touch. I was very satisfied with my visit to this medical professional.

Kelly was wonderful in treating my daughter. She was very caring and thorough. She answered all of my questions with patience. I was able to speak with her when I had to call back with questions and she called with more test results and explained them where I could understand them. I could not have asked for better care for my daughter while she was so sick!

Excellent interaction. She went above and beyond to accommodate and schedule procedures for me so that I could support a work trip. She took the time to listen to my previous issues and used the information to determine cause. I have avoided medical facilities/care in the past; however, appreciate her care enough that I would utilize her services every time if I could.

I don’t visit urgent care often because I had a bad experience years ago. This experience was completely different. When I walked into the office it was very clean and staff at the front office was so sweet. Then Kelly was very sweet and listened to all my concerns. She requested blood work for things she doesn’t typically give advice on. She called me right when she got the results and calmed my anxiety. I know that she could’ve said no to my request and told me to wait to see my OB but by her getting me the blood work I requested really helped calm me down due to previous miscarriages. Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly was very professional and has that small Country town appeal to her that made her very easy to talk with and explain my issues.I also witnessed her interacting with my 88 yr old father who is a patient of her's and she was very patient, understanding and thorough with him as well.Her demeanor and attitude was nothing but that of someone who seems to truly care about her patients and that gives me peace of mind to know my father is in good hands with Kelly.

I did not have to wait a long time. The entire office staff was very kind and thorough. Kelly was very prompt to come in with my diagnosis. She spoke with me about my symptoms, told me I had strep, then she examined me thoroughly. I really appreciated that she gave me a choice of treatments. I always prefer a shot over oral medicine. She encouraged me to follow up IF my symptoms did not improve then sent the antibiotic to the pharmacy. This was my 2nd time at the clinic and the experience was a good one both times. Thanks so much.

She asked questions about my illness, informed me of test results and offered treatment options, all the while making me feel completely at ease and including me in my own treatment plan and options.
